Redefining Work Where WoMen Innovate, Thrive, and Win!

The Vision

We are committed to connect, empower, and elevate WoMen to have courageous dialogue, create intelligent intervention backed by generally accepted first principles, and lift barriers so innovation thrives.

Our Why

What began as an exchange of ideas soon grew into a shared calling: to reimagine the workplace as a space where innovation and humanity coexist. Throughout our careers, we have witnessed how unspoken struggles such as burnout, bias, and silence can erode even the most promising teams. Yet we’ve also seen the extraordinary resilience that emerges when people feel heard, supported, and empowered. This motivated us to organize Workplace Innovation Now for WoMen In Network Evolution. This calling is rooted in courage, compassion, and a commitment to give voice to those navigating invisible workplace barriers. As a participant in the WIN (Workplace Innovation Now) Culture and Practices Challenge, we are focused on designing intelligent, forward-looking ways to help professionals and organizations thrive together. Through WIN–WINE, we invite colleagues, leaders, and companies to co-create a more humane and innovative future of work, one that opens opportunities, lifts barriers, and strengthens the wellbeing of every individual and community connected to it.

Major Workplace Barriers

The workplace is where life barriers thread together, and it’s quickly transforming. Lifting these barriers and better equipping everyone to thrive in the workplace of the future can have a multiplier effect on women’s lives, their families, their communities, and the overall economy.

  • Approximately 66% of caregivers are female.
  • The average female caregiver works outside the home and provides around 20 hours/week of unpaid care to her mother.
  • Women are 2.2 times more likely than men to take on unpaid family caregiving roles.
  • In 2022, 14% of women aged 25-54 were full-time caregivers.
  • Among working adults with caregiving duties, 56% are women.
  • About 1 in 5 working caregivers have taken a leave of absence or had a demotion because of caregiving responsibilities.
  • 97% of women say asking for more flexible working arrangements could negatively affect their chances of promotion.
  • 95% of women believe that if they do get more flexibility, their workload won’t be adjusted accordingly (so they may still be expected to do full-time work in fewer permitted hours).
  • Among women in hybrid roles, 30% report unpredictable working hours or not enough flexibility in their working pattern.
  • 45% of workers surveyed said they left the workforce because they lacked flexibility in the workplace.
  • 45% of women reconsidering their job in 2025 said a lack of flexibility was a top concern.
  • 52% of women said flexible work would make it easier for them to stay in the labor market.
  • According to a report by IWPR, 39% of employed women report that they can work remotely, and 52% say they can adjust their start or end times at work.
  • Women with remote or flexible work options reported higher work-life balance satisfaction (71% vs. 48%) compared to those without flexibility.
  • About 34% of female employees report having been sexually harassed by a colleague.
  • Among women who’ve experienced harassment, 37% say it disrupted their career advancement.
  • 38% of women who were harassed said it contributed to their decision to leave a job early.
  • Many harassment incidents go unreported. For example, EEOC-related data show that only a small fraction of those who experience harassment file charges.
  • Women are less likely to believe their employer will handle harassment fairly. Only about 32% of women think that disrespectful behavior toward women is often quickly addressed by their company.
